Courtesy holds are available upon request and are held until a deposit is made or another party expresses interest. Deposits are required to convert a courtesy hold into a reservation. Courtesy holds will be notified if another party expresses interest and given the opportunity to make a deposit to convert the hold into a reservation. Deposits may be transferred to an alternative date based on availability and a minimum 90-day notice. A strict cancellation policy is enforced.
